The influence of a moving object's location on object identity judgments
Two preregistered behavioral experiments with EyeLink eye-tracking (N=32) examining how the trajectories of moving objects affect identity judgments. Measured the spatial congruency bias (SCB) across object movement and saccades, finding that object-location binding is primarily retinotopic but incorporates predictable and spatiotopic trajectory information when objects move continuously.
